About Ms. Hamrick

My name is Hillary Hamrick. I graduated from Haralson County High School in 2008 and went on to pursue my Special Education/Elementary Education bachelor's degree at Jacksonville State University and graduated in 2014. I worked as a paraprofessional in Polk County from August to November of 2014 and then became a science and math inclusion teacher with the Haralson County School system. I moved to teaching in a Community Based Instruction classroom in the Fall of 2015,and taught there for two years. In 2017, I began teaching Special Education at Central Middle School.  Recently, I graduated from the University of West Georgia with my Masters Degree in Special Education. I have lived in Tallapoosa my entire life and thoroughly enjoy living in the West Georgia area. I love spending time with my family (parents, siblings, nieces and nephews), playing with my dog, Beacon, and watching JSU and Alabama football!
