I began my teaching career in 1994 at Mt. Zion High School. After six years there, I moved to Bowdon Middle School where I taught for eighteen years. In 2018, I transferred to Central Middle School. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Middle Grades Education from the University of West Georgia; and my Specialist’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from LaGrange College. I currently live in Carrollton with my husband. We are empty-nesters and enjoy traveling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with our fur-babies and our grandchildren.
