I am a career changer, and started teaching later in my 20’s. University of West Georgia is the home to my bachelor degree in business management, and Mercer University is home to my master of art degree in middle grades education. In 2006 I made the decision to go back to school and become a teacher. One of the best decisions I have made. I live in Coweta County with my husband, two children, and dog. I love teaching, it is something I never saw myself doing, but later realized it’s what I do everyday at the job I was doing, so why not go and actually make a career out of it.
